Swiss Re are really excited to announce that on 1 October Swiss Re ‘Together with Pride’ Network will hold its first video Townhall, with attendees joining from 20 locations across Europe, North and South America.
Guest speaker Angela Matthes, CEO of Baloise Life Lichtenstein, in Zurich. Angela is not only an accomplished business professional who has been in the insurance industry for over 35 years; she is also a transgender woman.
Angela will take us through her own personal transition and the journey she took with her colleagues, managers and clients, in introducing them to her new identity. This session will bring up questions of self, perception and ask you to take a look at how we all define ourselves and what that means for those around us. It promises to be a really interesting talk!
There will be time to ask Angela questions at the end of the one-hour event but please feel free to submit questions in advance as well.
In London, we will host a ‘Rainbow Tea’, serving up fabulous rainbow and trans flag emblazoned sweet treats!
