She coaches individuals\, couples\, and groups. Topics include menopause\, jealousy\, non-monogamy\, dating\, infidelity\, and intimacy. \nWhether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally\, how can you continue to develop acceptance of others’ individual differences? \nSometimes we focus fully on our own identity\, to the exclusion of the intersection with others. \nFor example\, we may focus on sexual orientation and gender\, and forget how they blend with race\, disability\, age\, and religion or belief. \nAt times\, we can feel backed into a corner and unable to challenge stereotypes\, offensive language\, or excluding behaviour. \nThis event will give you practical ideas in the following areas: \n\nHow to be an active ally\nHow to challenge unacceptable behaviour\nWhere to find further support\n\n People can send Ali their questions in advance to alihendrycoaching@gmail.com This could be related to sharing (anonymously) a current challenge\, or wanting advice on a particular area. \nA link to the Teams event will be sent out before the event.
