This event will explore the unique issues faced by parents in the LGBTQ+ community with a focus on Transgender Parents. We have some great panellists who will be sharing their stories and experience:
- Freddy McConnell is the subject of the film Seahorse. His journey as a trans father and fighting for the recognition as such on his child’s birth certificate.
- Ryan Sanderson is a single trans father.
- Jake Graf is an English actor, screenwriter, director, and transgender rights activist. Graf specialises in short films dealing with transgender issues in an effort to normalize queer and trans experiences to a wider, more mainstream audience
- Jani Toivola a writer, actor, speaker and the proud father of a 7-year old. He is the first black member of the Finnish Parliament and one of the few openly gay politicians in Finland.

Dive In Festival
