Link Events Code of Conduct

At Link, we are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all who attend and speak at our events and those co-organised with our sponsors.

Unacceptable behaviour

We do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination towards anyone at these events. This includes offensive comments, intimidation, or unwanted physical conduct, sexual attention, or innuendo.

We do not tolerate any possession or consumption of illegal substances, excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption, heckling of speakers or other forms of malicious disruption or intimidation, or failure to respect the health and safety rules of the venue.

Consequences of unacceptable behaviour

Our response to incidents of unacceptable behaviour will vary according to circumstance but may include any combination of the following actions:

•  Addressing the incident with the individual(s) and/or their company representative
•  Informing venue security
•  Expulsion from the event without warning or refund
•  Referring behaviour to police
•  Prevention of future attendance to Link and Link sponsor events

All determinations of whether behaviour breaches this Code of Conduct are at Link’s discretion and the decision of our representatives onsite or after the event will be final.
