Link USA’s Mission
Link USA, a 501c(3) non-profit in the United States, is the LGBTQ+ Insurance Network, a professional association for ALL insurance professionals. The mission of Link USA is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community.
Link in the USA
Link was originally formed in London in 2012. In December 2021, Link expanded across the pond with the launch of Link USA. We are a national professional association dedicated to fostering community, promoting inclusivity, and advancing LGBTQ+ representation within the insurance industry. With chapters in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta and more to come across the United States, coupled with the National Board that helps facilitate engagement across the country for those members not located near a local chapter, Link USA provides networking opportunities, professional development resources, and a space for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to thrive. The organization is committed to making the insurance industry an inclusive and welcoming space for all, making it the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community and allies.
