Confidential Focus Groups – We need more LGBT+ Participation – Register Now
Lloyd’s is running a series of confidential focus groups – starting on July 9 – to explore in more detail the main findings of the market-wide culture survey. This work is a core part of the action plan that Lloyd’s put in place following allegations of sexual harassment earlier this year.
These independently run sessions, which are being held at a discrete off-site location, will help identify issues affecting the market and are also intended to offer individuals who have been subject to inappropriate behaviour with appropriate guidance and support.
We are looking for individuals from all levels across the market who would like to share their experiences of what is working well, as well as examples of inappropriate behaviour to participate.
The focus groups will be conducted independently by a specialist psychologist from Pearn Kandola, findings from the discussions will be anonymous and confidential – no comments will be attributable to any named individual.
