To mark International Family Equality Day this May, Lloyd’s Pride and Allies network and the Families@Lloyd’s network are delighted to host a panel discussion exploring modern and diverse families. John Neal, Lloyd’s CEO, will open the session, with Annette Andrews, Chief People Officer, highlighting Lloyd’s revised policies. We have brought together a brilliant panel of speakers to discuss if and how employers are bringing their policies and support systems up to date, whether the focus is on adoption, foster parenting, surrogacy, special needs, elderly parenting, caring responsibilities and much more. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions. Find out what Lloyd’s is doing in this space, how you can challenge your business to meet the needs of you and your colleagues, and how this fits with well-being and talent retention.
